1. Service and permitted users
CV provides a web-based school fee register, reports, and receipt-generation tools. The service is intended for authorised school administrators. The person opening a school account must have the authority to act for that school and accept these terms.
2. Accounts and responsibility
Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of student and financial information they enter, their staff's use of CV, and keeping passwords and recovery codes private. CV is not an attendance tool or the school's own payment collection service for parents.
3. Trial and licence
The seven-day free trial starts upon school account creation, without any required payment card. After the trial, creating or editing fee records is restricted unless the school purchases a one-time licence. The promotional price is ₹1,499 per school account. No monthly billing or automatic renewal is configured.
The phrase "permanent access" refers to continuing licence access for the operating life of the CV service, subject to these terms, lawful maintenance, and security obligations; it is not an assurance that online hosting will continue indefinitely.
4. Payments and refunds
Online licence payments are processed using Razorpay. Access is granted after the payment is verified as captured. See Refunds & Cancellation for requests, eligibility and what happens if a paid licence is fully refunded.
5. Your school data
Schools remain responsible for their own fee records, and should only upload information they are authorised to handle. CV does not claim ownership of student and school records. Users must not access another school's workspace, probe security systems, or upload illegal material.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to operate a reliable service, but technical interruptions and maintenance can occur. Administrators should verify fee rates and receipts and maintain safe exports or independent records for important financial obligations. CV is an administrative tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted where necessary to address fraud, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. When feasible and lawful, we will help the school export its records. Trial expiry alone does not delete records or prevent read-only access under current CV functionality.
8. Changes and contact
