1. Before purchasing
CV offers seven calendar days of free use without a payment card. The trial is not a paid subscription and does not automatically convert to a purchase. You decide whether to make a one-time ₹1,499 payment.
2. Cancelling a free trial
No cancellation is needed to prevent a charge. If you do not purchase a licence, new fee-record editing stops after the trial ends, while existing records remain available to read and export.
3. Requesting a refund
To request a refund for a licence purchase, contact anshhh751@gmail.com, preferably within seven days of payment, with the school name, purchase date, and payment reference. Explain the issue and whether you were charged twice, could not activate access, or encountered a material technical fault.
We review each request fairly. Duplicate or incorrect charges, verified failed activation, and cases required by applicable law are eligible for correction or refund. Other requests are assessed on their circumstances, including use of the licence and the nature of the problem. This policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
4. If a refund is approved
Refunds are initiated through the original payment provider and payment method, where supported. Your bank or payment provider determines the final credit timeline. A fully refunded licence may lose editing access; previously entered records remain subject to the account's read/export features and applicable data retention requirements.
5. No physical shipment or renewal
CV is delivered digitally; no physical items are shipped. The licence is a one-time payment without automatic renewal. See Digital Delivery and Contact for help.
