1. Information handled by CV
Schools provide a school name, administrator email, and password to create a workspace. The service stores authentication and session information (including a password verifier, rather than storing the plaintext password), school settings, and security and activity records.
School administrators may enter students' names, student or admission numbers, class details, fee rates, adjustments, payment dates and amounts, receipt details, and optional contact or school-logo information.
Licence purchases create order, payment-status, and refund-reference records. Razorpay processes customer checkout information; CV should not be used to collect full payment-card details.
2. Why this information is used
- Authenticate administrators and provide a private workspace for each school.
- Create and manage fee obligations, manual collection records, receipts and reports.
- Manage trials, licences, payments, refunds, account support and security.
- Maintain operational logs and investigate misuse or technical errors.
3. Who may access it
School information is intended to be accessible only to its authorised administrator(s), not administrators from other schools. School personnel control what student details they enter. CV uses infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and Razorpay for licence checkout, to provide the service. These providers may process limited information as required to operate their services.
4. Children's information
CV is intended for use by authorised school administrators, not children. Schools should enter only information necessary for fee administration, and ensure they have an appropriate legal basis and authorisation to manage students' personal information, including records relating to children. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for this purpose.
5. Security and retention
CV uses HTTPS, session-based access controls, and school-specific authorisation checks. No online service can promise absolute security. Financial and receipt records may need to be kept for business, audit, and legal purposes; retention and deletion requests are evaluated based on the nature of the records and applicable obligations.
6. Requests and corrections
School administrators can correct student and school details through the product where available. For access, correction, deletion, privacy concerns, or other requests, email anshhh751@gmail.com. For student records, requests may first need to be verified with the responsible school.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the website or a suitable account notice.
