1. What you receive
CV is a cloud-hosted school fee management application available through cvmultischool.pages.dev. There is no parcel, courier shipment, shipping fee, or physical delivery.
2. Free trial access
When public registration is available, a school can create an administrator account and begin a seven-day trial without paying.
3. Paid licence activation
After a successful, captured, and verified ₹1,499 one-time licence payment, the corresponding school account is marked as paid and its editing features are enabled. Activation is digital; no download or shipping is required.
4. Delivery problems
If your payment was captured but your school remains locked, contact anshhh751@gmail.com with the school name, payment date, and payment reference. Do not repeat the payment until support confirms the first order's status.
5. Exporting records
The current system is designed to allow viewing and exporting existing school records if the free trial expires. We recommend saving important exports securely and regularly.
